THE HARBOUR SELLER GUIDE
Make a good
first impression.
A clear, honest advertisement helps buyers decide whether your property fits their needs.
01 / PROPERTY DETAILSStart with the essentials.
Use the correct street address, suburb and postcode. Check bedrooms, bathrooms, parking and property type. Choose an asking price, price guide or “Contact seller”. Explain any important title, occupancy or access details accurately.
02 / PHOTOGRAPHYShow the real property.
Use clear photographs you own or have permission to use. Start with your strongest image. Add living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms and exterior. Avoid photos of other properties, personal documents and misleading edits. The first photo is your cover; you can reorder images in your draft.
03 / DESCRIPTIONTell its story honestly.
Lead with the most useful features. Describe the layout, outdoor space, parking and nearby amenities you can substantiate. Avoid unsupported investment claims. Use short paragraphs and disclose material information buyers need.
04 / CONTACT & REVIEWBe ready for enquiries.
Your chosen contact name and email will be public once your listing is published. Phone is optional. Only include inspection dates you can honour. Review your preview, confirm your advertising authority and photograph rights, then submit. Check your dashboard for review feedback.
Your data and your draftDrafts, account email and review feedback are visible only to you and Harbour’s administrator. Uploaded draft photos stay private. Published property details, selected photos and your chosen contact information become public. Withdraw to remove the property from active search. Records and review history are retained to manage the advertisement; this release does not offer permanent account deletion.
Harbour is an advertising platform, not your conveyancer or selling agent. Arrange the professional advice and sale documents appropriate to your property.
