A simpler way to list.

01

Make it yours

Tell buyers about the property, set your asking price and upload up to ten genuine photographs.

02

Review every detail

Save your draft, preview the advertisement and submit when you’re ready. Harbour reviews each submission before publication.

03

Meet your buyers

Once published, your property has its own page in Harbour’s search. Buyers contact you directly using the details you choose to publish.

Does this advertise on Domain or realestate.com.au?

No. Your listing appears on Harbour only. Harbour is independent and does not syndicate to other portals.

What will it cost?

Payments are currently off during early access. You can prepare and submit your advertisement without being charged. Pricing and listing duration will be clearly shown before any paid publication is enabled. Admin approval does not create a payment obligation.

Who can submit a property?

Owners and authorised representatives can submit NSW properties for review. You must have authority to advertise, rights to the photographs, and provide accurate property and contact details. Harbour currently focuses on Sydney.

What happens after I submit?

Your listing enters a private review queue. You can see feedback in My listings. Approval alone does not publish a paid advertisement. During early access, Harbour may publish an approved advertisement with its listing fee explicitly waived.

Is Harbour a selling agent?

Harbour provides advertising space. You arrange enquiries, inspections and your sale process. Publication is not a guarantee of ownership, condition, enquiries or a sale.
